60th Birthday Celebrations! Children, Grandchildren + Great-Grandchildren!! What an amazing place... Exactly what our family needed to relax + spend some quality time together! We spent an entire week here for our annual family holiday. The entire house and its surroundings are stunning! The kids had so much space to run around & be free – as did the dog. The bridleway running along the garden is a very pleasant walk. The starry nights on the porch were fantastic. Everything in the house was needed + used. The games + books are a nice touch + 'the Snug' was the perfect chill-out zone. Elder kids (and adults) enjoyed non-stop pool. A real gem + one-off. Thank You x

What a lovely property, so well equipped and well placed for everything. We also had Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms & enjoyed the Food Festival, lucky us! We would love the opportunity to return as there are lots of things still to see including visiting the coast. The children particularly enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a fabulous time here, great property and decor! Enjoyed the games & cinema rooms but best of all the living/dining area with great views from every window. Went on the steam train & enjoyed other walks into Reepham. Saw buzzards, muntjac & enjoyed the endless birdsong in this peaceful, quiet location. Great Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms.

Wow!! What a property, stunning in every way, everything you could possibly need. The whole family have had the best weekend including the weather!! Thank you so much especially for accommodating us with a disabled mum on leaving later on Monday morning, much appreciated. We will be back I'm sure.

What a fantastic weekend away with friends. The house is amazing, has everything we have needed, with the bonus of a lovely hot tub! Beautiful surroundings, lovely to wake up & see horses. After selecting The Grain Store to celebrate an 80th Birthday party, the family were invited and we all had the best time ever. The rooms, hot tub, lounge area & family rooms were absolutely fantastic. On Sunday, Avril arrived and cooked a Super Sunday Lunch – what more could we want? There was much fun with the taking of the family group photographs and I am sure we shall return to this fantastic venue. All in all, a fantastic time was had by all of us.

I think it fair to say as a group 'We have stayed in many properties as a team'. This has to be one of the best properties we've had the pleasure of staying in within the UK. Not only does it deliver on looks and style but above that... comfort. The surroundings are quiet and the grounds of the property are lovely. The location has allowed us to reach lots of superb sightseeing areas quickly. A truly comfortable & encompassing property. Thank you to everyone.

What a super location to stay in with three generations of our family. It was perfect in every way. We all had plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing if we chose to do so, but also plenty of space to enjoy time together. The bedrooms were laid out so well to give us our own space. The accommodation and facilities were definitely 5★. I wanted to celebrate my 80th Birthday with my family... A really fantastic memory. A wonderful place to have chosen.

A fantastic house that was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great communal space, lots of places to chill out separately, and a brilliant patio and garden space to eat, relax, play games etc. Lovely coffee nearby at The Dial House, good village pub 'Kings Arms' and perfect location to get to the coast, broads, local towns etc. We couldn't have wished for a better stay ☺

We had a wonderful stay celebrating two 50th birthdays. The house is brilliant, so comfortable & well equipped. Fabulous!! Over two decades of holiday rentals, this definitely rates as one of our best – so spacious, with the luxury of two living rooms (one quiet and cosy, one family room), spread-out games room, and two tables. So much space for families to spread out and come together as the mood hits. We enjoyed the place immensely!!

Perfect stay for 2 birthdays, 14 (me) and 80 (Granny). A variety of ages yet something to do for everyone, incredible games room, insane cinema and fabulous front room to chill. I wish I lived here, but I don't. I recommend VERY much, worth every penny. Loved it!
