The H Family
Over our two decades of family holiday rentals, this rated as one of our best! So roomy and spacious - two dining areas, two living room areas, spacious games room, little library nook upstairs, there was simply so much beautiful space for little groups, gatherings, pairings, and then again plenty room when we all got together! Crisp, modern, beautifully designed, lovely country all round (our toddlers loved the 3 horses), our weekend was a smashing hit!

Perfect stay for 2 birthdays (14 and 80). Something to do for everyone, amazing games room, insane cinema and fabulous sitting room to chill. I recommend very much. Worth every penny. Loved it!

Incredible property! Such an amazing space. We had a lovely time away and enjoyed all the great things The Grain Store Reepham had to offer. Beautiful communal spaces, amazing surround sound speakers and the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Would 100% recommend to all.
